Both Gert De Mangeleer (Hertog Jan***) and Geert van Hecke (De Karmeliet***) cook in a Bossuyt kitchen and are very enthusiastic about it. Seven top chefs gladly linked their name to Bossuyt's kitchens. Maister came up with the concept and took care of the photography.
